Default fuel management question

just a question... i know that when turboing a car your going to need to upgrade your fuel management , but my question is , all youll need is a chipped ECU rite? because ive read about the hondata and uberdata, crome...etc. and seen the prices on those and they run around $500+. when a chipped ecu is just under 200.

so can u please clarify this up for me, im still researching and trying to learn .

thanks

It depends on what setup your going with and how much hp are you wanting. You might want to add a fuel pump and injectors, which would run you about $500 for both.

u will also need injectors ..

now to cost

hondata only if you got the cash to fork out, your best bet is to chip a p28 you will pay around 150 for one and then get it tuned with crome

i currently have crome because i have yet to have the cash to drop on s300

hondata has a few more features but crome is steadily trying to catch up with plugins people have been coding for it.

G.L. with the boost setup

sounds about right, search around the forced induction section and you can find some good info there as well.
