Default secondary sensor wiring

My 1997 Acura Integra has the check engine light on, and gives error code 65 (which apparently indicates "secondary O2 sensor heater"). I replaced the secondary O2 sensor, but the error is still there. I am worried I got the wiring wrong, since the wire colors are different from the original; the original sensor has 2 black wires, 1 green, and 1 white, and I am not sure which one is signal, which is ground, and which two are to the o2 sensor heater (blacks?). If anybody knows which is which, please let me know!

BTW, the new sensor has 2 white wires (heater), one black (signal), and one gray (ground).

Thanks,
Quinn
