Default Ground Control Spring Rates

Planning to use Illuminas with Ground Control CO for the CRX. Does any one know what off shelf spring rates are for the Integra GSR set part# 1020.01 and the CRX set# 4525.01. I don't have the actual numbers printed on the springs so the numbers I listed is all I can get from vendors that sell them. I prefer a stiffer spring rate so the Integra set might be better choice but would like to know for both anyway. I did search and even called Ground Control but for some reason the sales guy could not provide me the info unless I purchased from them first.

I am not 100 percent certain but i think the different is around 35lbs in the front and 25lbs in the rear. (that the integra is stiffer then the CRX).

Why not get the ones were you can pick whatever rates you want>

QFT.

Just get the CRX coilovers and specify the spring rates that you want.

There's a $90 price difference between off shelf rates and custom rates from the vendor I buy my parts from. Since the Integra rates are slightly stiffer then I was just planning on using them. Just needed to know what the rates were. I'm assuming the sleeves/collars are the same, it's just the spring rates that are different.
