<FONT COLOR="red">Over a month and I have no information about my rims. No Tracking Number, nothing, just bullshit messages.

PayPal can't give me my money back right now, because he transfered all money from his paypal account to his bank account.</FONT>

if you used paypay, contact them asap you can still get your money back.

on your paypal main menu:
select Resolution Center
Report a Problem
Item Dispute
Enter the Transaction ID

remember you only have 45 days after you made the payment.

Something similar happened to me but when i found out about this, it was too late and lost my money, Make sure it doesn't happen to you...

Contact your bank/ credit card company you used as your source of funds for paypal.

They will reimburse your account and you just need to give them all the information you have... Transaction ID's, his name and so on.. Dont let him get away with that bs..

contact bank.
ask to file BANK CHARGE back.
They'll ask for the date&name for the payment. you can find it via online bank statement.
Then, the bank will contact Paypal from there.
In 10 days, you will likely win as theres no tracking number, nothing.
HIS BANK ACCOUNT WILL BE IN RED. That's what they told me.

Worked for me. Good luck.

If that phone number is a home phone then you can call 411 and ask for the address of that phone number. I did that before when a guy did not give me my springs after I payed him. So, I 411 and just showed up to his house and talk to his parents and got my money back.

This was back in high school in senior year. Scared the **** out of him when i showed up to his door. lol.
