Very strange situation, on power of 1 nothing works just like its off. But 2-3-4 all work very nicely, what is my answer? Anyone had this problem before? Maybe some sort of a button/switch alignment problem? I honestly have no idea so I'm turning to the pros

Sounds like your blower motor resistor is taking a dump, Pull the glove box down and its right there behind it, cheap and easy to replace.

 

the blower resistor would only give me a problem with setting 1?
