did you do the entire thing or is there one aera you want us to look at?
where the endtank meets the fins looks a little worse than the actual end tank but all in all very good.
what type and size tungston are you using and what size filler rod?
They say if you can do aluminium u can do anything, well im great at aluminum and i suck at steel.

Yes, I build the complete radiator.
I just bought the core and buildt the tanks completely on my own. This is my second radiator that I´ve buildt.
The filler I used was 2mm (think 0.078inch).
The problem is that the material I choose for the tanks is 2mm and the corematerial is just 1mm (0.04inch). So it starts to melt faster than the tank and I have to "hurry up" with my line.
Any idea how to make this area more consistent?

Torch angle will help you with welding the thinner stuff to the thicker stuff. Turn the angle of the torch tward the thicker stuff a little more.
Did you leak test it? Should be fine if it doesn't leak.

When I weld different thickness of aluminum I heat the thicker items first with a propane torch.... then when welding I keep the majority of the puddle on the thicker material. Helps a lot.
