it look enought low. 225 is wide so you will rubs.
But if you really want to be more low. just put 1 degre negativ camber in the rear and 0.5 degre negativ in the front. it will help a little bit. roll you fendre in the rear.

slammed cars look rediculous.. it looks like you have a good height going on.. id leave it the way it is.. but keep in mind that this is honda-tech and you will get 3 pages of nothing but "slam it" commnets. i mean this is the a/c forum so appearance is more to most of these people then the way their car functions.
leave it. looks good the way its at. in my opinion, Not worth the headache with it slammed to the ground. Unless you want to do charity work and help your city plow its streets, the slam it. Otherwise, its perfect the way it is.

If you want a functional car, without a dented oil pan, dented exhaust and overall better ride I would not suggest "slamming, or dumping" it..
Id go about another inch tops, and see where it leaves you. How low a car is all depends on the drivers ability to not screw up. Its nice for show cars, and just looks pimp, but if you like twisties etc... I would have to say no..

if your rocking the stock A3, slammm it.. i mean unless you plan on doing a crushal build in where SLAMMING it will ruin the function
