That clutch is over kill for your setup. You should be fine with a stage 2, possibly even a stage 3 if you want to go over board. As for the brand its going to be personal preference.
I recommend a Competition Clutch from boostfed.com. He is a honda-tech sponsors and his prices are awesome. Here is a link to his thread:

Stage 2 - Street Series 2100 Clutch Kit
This assembly provides approximately 80% increase in torque capacity and is properly suited for aggressive street use and moderate track use. The Carbon Kevlar material with its alloy backing matched to a performance pressure plate will provide smooth engagement and extended life.
The 2100 Series kit includes a performance pressure plate, a high torque sprung disc with antiburst steel backed Carbon Kevlar facings, all applicable bearings, and the appropriate alignment tool

Stage 3 - Street/Strip Series 2300 Clutch Kit
This segmented Carbon Kevlar material with a performance pressure plate will provide the ultimate in street and strip combinations. This assembly is suited for 150% increase in torque capacity. Provides quick but smooth engagement and extended life. 500 mile break-in REQUIRED with this set-up.

haha that clutch you posted will make your left leg twice the size of your right leg lol. its rated for almost 500ft/lbs of torque. WAY OVERKILL. I was actually looking at getting that clutch instead of a twin disk for my turbo setup, but decided against it.
keep it simple. on my NA build, making around 210whp, I used the ACT Heavy Duty clutch with street disk. it worked perfectly fine and wasnt a leg workout. it also doesnt abuse your trans as much as an extreme or maxx extreme plate with 4 or 6 puck disk.

i cant find the thread, but i read a while back about OEM ITR clutches, and you would be surprised at how much hp they can handle. people have run boosted setups with a stock ITR clutch just fine. the stock clutch handled up to something like 300ish or 400ish.
i just went looking through my notepad and list of bookmarks; wish i could find it

have you ever used a competition clutch? i have a stage one and its softer than an oem d16. my friend has a stage 5, 4 puck. it takes about 20% more pressure to push in than stock.
act clutches take a bit more pressure to push in than either of those comps doostur suggested
