I heard they have problems with gaskets at the cat. Si what gasket should i do to not have the problem? any better gaskets that i could use?

 

I've had no problem with the Megan gaskets sealing new. However, after removing and installing it again, the gasket where the two header pieces come together, splits apart.. I used high temp gasket sealer and haven't had any leaks since

 

ok thinking of getting a new gasket because the header i'm getting is used with a blown gasket so what do you think i should get? like replacement megan one or another type?

 

i've seen gasket kits for the cheap ebay header, which IIRC, will work fine with a megan

 

I have megan header. Ive unistalled and reinstalled numerous times. The gasket does split into like three diffrent layers, but with some regular motor oil and proper tourqing sequence, Ive not had a problem with reusing the gaskets over and over again
