hi, i got a 95 honda prelude vtec, how many oxygen sensor does it have?
after i fail inspection, the guy work there say i need to get a new cat. converter the new one i bought have a place for a oxygen sensor but the one in my car doen't have it. when i bring to the shop, they said i missing one oxygen senor.
my question is, does my car need one or two oxygen sensor?

'95 and earlier cars are OBD1 and only have 1 O2 sensor. If you had a 96 Prelude you would need 2 sensors.

You only have one sensor for OBD1 (92-95). Its before your cat usually inbetween the twin pipe collector, and the flex pipe. You should be able to just reuse your stock O2 sensor if you can get it out of your stock exhaust.
Your cat should have come with a bolt that would fit in that Bung to "cap" off. You bought a universal cat so its made for cars that have an O2 Sensor that plugs in there I believe.
