Very nice!! I wish I could build such an engine for HC.

Won't you lose torque with an open header? You need the backpressure!!

Nice, torque holds pretty good past 6500. Thanks for sharing your results! What did you use for tuning? Stock fuel system/injectors?

The car was tuned by Jeff Evans.

As for tuning software im using an s300j with a jdm p72
Fuel system im running stock lines, a walbro 255, aem fuel rail, RC 550s (overkill i know but i had them already)

I also had an aem FPR but it had a broken diaphragm, so I didnt have time to send it back and get a new one before my tuning date.

How in the world are you getting 175 lbs of torque? That is truly amazing. Is this a jdm h22 or usdm? I am sure ur car flys!</TD></TR></TABLE>

I was thinking the same thing when i saw the numbers. Its a jdm h22a

WOW! Nice power dude, Jeff Evans Dynapack is right ther with dynojets if anyone doesnt know. SO he should make the same numbers at a dynojet.

This is a awsome setup! How come you didnt go with more aggressive cams?

Again great power, and this is in a stock JDM h22 bottom end right?

Props dude, i see this car deep in the 13s.

well i got the cams for a decent price brand new so i just figured i would try them. And originally it was going to be a very mild build, on my h22a4. Im debating on some pro1s right now if i can find them for a good price. They seem like they would fit perfectly with the build.

Yes it is a stock h22a bottom end

With that weight(listed in your other thread) i predict 13.5!! With some Drag radials and bangin' driving! On slicks i'd expect 13.1ish.

wouldnt change a thing man. Go with different cams when you go with more compression.

killer setup. very simple and to the point. Nothing is overdone.

get that bitch on some slicks and take her out and have some fun. 8k launch ftw.

Nice results! Who did the head and mani work? How much would the power/tq change with the rest of the exhaust on?

a place in west chester PA called Millers machine shop. Jeff actually commented on how he believes the head is what really did it for this build.

LOL i actually only dynoed it open. The reason being that damm camp1320 header sits lower than the stock header. I had a section welded to it with a flexpipe thinking that the flexpipe would give me some play and I could get it to line up properly but it sits too low. So I have to get someone to weld up a section that bends up slightly. However that would probably change my tune alittle.

Very nice!
Look how flat that torque curve is...must feel great to drive. That's the best dyno I've ever seen for someone using Skunk2 Stage 1 cams for the H'series
