Default D-series High idle / other idle problems. + door issue

K, first time ever having a d-series and its acting up more then my b-series and iwas told it was more reliable. Anyways iam living in Montreal now have a 95 DX with a d15b same vtec engine as the SI anyways, On a cold start it cold idles at around 2000 - 2200 is this normal and / okay for the engine? If not how do i change it down and to what is solid? ( My b18c5 was at 1500 and was gold but i was in a warmer climate ) Anyways Other thing was sitting in traffic and it was fluctuating from 1500 to 1000 when i was just waiting, So what is the deal there? Engine pulls great otherwise makes a bit of noise but could be the gay exhaust the guy put on.

Total side note how much are bushings on d-series and how much of a bitch are they because mine seem to be shot ( before you comment its a winter beater and i got it cheap but i would rather have some decent bushings rather then ones that feel as loose as a girl you would find on the corner )

And last total side note, How do you tighten the door cause mine seems to drop on the drivers side causing me to have to lift it before closing it. Thanks again

Alright so , that idle is not super high and plus.. If i just fix the IAC then the weird rpm droppage will be solved as well?

Last but not least, how do i fix this door issue?

If you have high or surging idle most the time its not your iacv its the part right underneath the throttle body, in fact its connected to it. All you have to do is take it apart and clean it. Trust me i had the same issue with my single slammer

i have a D15, single carb, the rpm goes around 1k when it's warm, previously it used to idle like 750-800. I had the throttle body cleaned, after a day it's doing the same thing. could you help me out here a bit? i just got the car but don't know much about it. should i lower the idle myself? could you show me he iacv that needs to be cleaned? maybe on a diagram?
