Default Not sure about timing/cam gears/dizzy

I got my b18c1 from the machine shop. They did not reinstall the cam gears, timing belt, tensioner or the dizzy. I been reading the helms and been searching online. I know i put the crank at TDC on the number 1 cylinder. Than can i just install my cam gears with the "up" mark going up. And the "TDC" mark touching each other? Than install my timing belt right? How about the dizzy just slap it on and call it a day lol. Kinda lost about the dizzy and the cam gears. Thanks for the input

Unless ofcourse honda as smart and put the key for the dizzy slightly offset to one side so that it will only go in one way.....how smart are they. The answer is slightly smarter then Nissan who did not do so on the CA and SRs. Either way, yes, set the crank to TDC, then use the side markers to face the cam gears toward each other (personally I dont like the "up" marks because the engine is actually mounted in there a little off center so they kinda point to the backside of north). Anyway, the ignition timing (ie distirbutor) is adjustable, so you will need a timing gun to set the proper 16* of timing....marks are on the lower timing belt cover and crank pulley as well.
