wats after suspension?
Good dialed in suspension, Tires to match your suspension, Chassis reinforcements, Being a good driver also doesnt hurt to help but thats not a mod lol.
p.s. Also brakes to match, lol almost forgot

they are improvements, but you said group A.... so you'd look into a cage.
pads and fluid will more than do it for brakes if you've been watching the car's diet.
A more aggressive LSD/clutch/flywheel will completely change the character of the car as well.

There is a difference between "slicks" and R-compound DOT tires and neither of which should be used on the street.
Where are you using the car?
Are you building the car against a certain ruleset or just doing it for the fun of it?

whats after suspension?
Practice.
Your car's handling boundaries are only exceeded by your ability to push the absolute limit of what the vehicle's suspension system can handle.
Go to the circuit and practice enough until you can achieve a consistent lap time. Only than should you be thinking about changing the handling dynamics of the vehicle in order to achieve more aggressive handling, and in turn, work towards a faster lap time.
Working towards your ability to make the car handle rather than throwing random parts at the problem is a much more worthwhile plight.
In short: get out there and go lapping. Money well spent.

i'll quickly break it down as to why you'll never be able to make your car handle like a group A/group N/one make race car:
exceptionally smooth japanese track surface = ability to run astronomically high spring rates (20-24k up front) = major chassis reinforcement (not your average bolt in 4pt Autopower bar) = the need of gummy semi slicks = mega static camber (beyond -3 degrees)
one thing leads to another and yah, not going to happen with a street car

u guys are right. i need to learn to drive to handle better.
i want my car to be fun DD and good for tracks
.. honestly ive never been to track.. but im very willing to ..
im plannin maybe once or twice a year at a track..
i've owned my R for 2 yrs now
i am definately planning and saving my cash for track for this coming season.
I trust honda engineering more than Tein or PIC or whatever is out there..
but i wish my car is lower than stock tho..
is ther any way to keep stock suspension reliable and lower my car?

i remember hearing Koni Yellow is cheapest way to go or somethin
but i havent heard about the quality or if it actually improves handing or not

Koni Yellows are brilliant shocks. I'd be running them with Eibach springs if I didn't get my coilovers at an absolute steal.
