Default need help ls rods on type r pistons in gsr block??

i ordered pistons on ebay and the person said they were 2000 integra pistons

well i get them tonight and they have pr4 rods (ls??) are they shorter than gsr rods??

these are supposed to go in a gsr block with blox stage 2 cams and supertech dual valve springs and retainers

my friend works at a machine shop but i dont know how to unpress the wrist pins to put on gsr rods

pr4's are 2mm longer than gsr rods. The machine shop should be able to press the pin out. If not, I would seriously suggest a different machine shop. If you want help building/rebuilding and engine, this post does a pretty throrough job of guiding you through the whole process.. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1676914] Though not exactly the same, it's close enough. Good luck

ls rod is 137mm, gsr/ITR rod is 137.9mm

why would a engine with a larger stroke have a longer rod?

You need to use GSR rods with GSR crank
OR
LS rods with LS crank

You can install them into whatever B18 block you want
