New product Honda Intake flange
This is a intake flange for B18C cylinder head. It was made for me buy
JM Fabrications. This particular flange is custom and has no injector bungs. They have already finished others with bungs so you can build manifolds like stock. If you have any questions you can hit up 91TSIGuy on here. I'm sure he will post shortly to explain there product better. Please don't ask how much contact http://www.jmfabrications.com

If you had the ports coming in @ the angle you'd more then likely have problems w/ trying to keep the weld to the runners out of the boss for the injectors. I know we looked into this when we made our intake flanges and there's little space as is for weld clearance.

Basically to do this you'd have to increase the injector angle to not interfere w/ the bosses as is.
Welding properly, i'd like to hear the explanation of this one......

lol. You will see it if you see my car.
But yes the flanges are available and are correct

If the weld to injector bung clearance is an issue with the port angle correct, could it be made with the port extending another half inch or so out from the head so the weld is not near the injector bung?

Anythings possible if you got clientel that are willing to pay. 1/2" thicker material is some $$ as you'd be up to 1.5" but im sure its doable. Are you trying to get the runners coming in @ that angle or would having the port taper to that angle work?

Rosco on here also can do the same thing. I have him currently making me one for an h22 i'm building with injector bungs, the 10deg angle, recessed to accept 2.25" pipe o.d, 2.0" i.d. and a billet fuel rail that mounts to the flange so there's no mock up or hassle with welding to the runners. i'll post up some pics later of the design if you guys like. i was gonna ask jmf to make me one like this but rosko got to me first. don't know how much jmf would charge for what i got goin.
