how can i tell if i have california emissions

I have a 2000 civic and need a new exhaust manifold catylitic convertor, how can i tell if its california emissions or not. I got it used and it was from colorado i think not really sure.

federal and california emissions warranty are the same for your cat, 8 years 80,000k miles
