Has anyone dealt with them lately? I ordered about $900 worth of stuff from them a week ago and they wont send me an invoice or anything. I sent them money via paypal and I talked to them over the phone. I called and emailed and asked them to send an invoice/tracking info for what I bought. They said they would and its been a week! I want to know my status!

Overall, I have been happy with there help, but its rediculous they won't send me a reciept or tracking number! Any help is appreciated!

 

Yeah, I've bought from them quite a few times and everytime has been a good transaction. I didn't hear from them the first time I ordered and so I sent them an e-mail and they responded pretty quickly.

 

I would just call, be calm, yet assertive that you want the invoice. Otherwise I would assume the parts have not been shipped out and they want to hold onto your money so you cannot back out of it. :shrugs: I hope everything works out for the both of you.

 

I have no beef with them. They are an awesome company.

They just keep saying they will send it to me and they never do. I just don't want to be a dick about getting my information form them!

I don't know who you have been talking to, but out of the four sales reps here none of us have received an email or phone call. Your order was placed by phone so we don't have your email address on file.

The special order item that you order came in late afternoon yesterday and will be shipping out today, please give us a call about 3pm our time and we will have a tracking number for you.

Do you work for JHPUSA? If so, thanks for the help! I called to place an order over paypal because you website wasn't working. You should have my email via my paypal payment. Each time I called I got different people, but they were all nice and helped me a lot. Its just I couldn't get some of the info I requested! I'll call at about 3 (or 6 here )! i've dealt with them a number of times... recently with an order for some seat rails, personal wheel, quick release, hub, and plug wires. i had some questions on the qr/hub combo and called to double check some things, they were very helpful. i also got my confirm email and an email with my tracking number quickly.

i've never had a problem with them.

i ordered some cam gears from them back in december, and they said they would be here in a week, one week later i called them back and they said "there was a problem with the shipping department, and they didn't get shipped" so they shipped them out and i got them with in 3 days!!

 

I had some issues with them a longtime ago...Seems as though they got there **** together.

 

I just bought stuff from them and it came in a week.

 

UPDATE:

My order was confirmed, I got an invoice, and will get tracking info tomorrow!

Will post pics when I get my new toys!
