Before anyone jumps on this posts and starts flaming, yes i did search but i couldnt find the one correct answer i was looking for so i am posting. I am into autox and i was wondering whcih seats are better from personal experience. Pros and Cons of both would be GREAT. Keep in mind that these seats are going into a Honda Civic EF si. I was wondering which seat is lighter and which has more padding and comfort. Pros and Cons would be GREAT. Personal experience would be great also (as stated before) thank you!

i dont have behind the wheel seat time in either but from looking at the two i would say the integra seats would be better, they would offer more lumbar support and hold you better.
If you are open to suggestions, check out the 3rd Gen Prelude Si seats. they have the biggest bolstering I've experienced in a stock Honda (out of these NSX, 5th Gen Prelude, CRX Si, S2000, Integra GS-R). I don't know about their compatability and they'd probably be a few pounds heavier...but I'd take the support over a little extra weight.
Not a whole bunch of comparison info between the two seats, but compared to the stock seats in my 97 sedan, the del sol buskets are much lower, significantly firmer and have significantly more shoulder and bolster support.
The best element is certainly how low they are. It makes for much lower, much sportier seating position and much better shifting.

Which one is more comfortable and easier to swap into my Civic?
