No, they don't.

Back in the day I bought a 2005 Si shift **** for my 97 Civic and I had to rethread it.

I had an EP3 shift **** in my 92 Civic. It threaded on just fine. Don't know where your **** went wrong, but all Honda/Acura MT are 10 x 1.5.

I had a JDM DC5/EP3 shift **** on my old RSX. I also had an S2000 shift **** in that same RSX. When I sold the RSX, I put that same shift **** on my 92 Civic.

I've had my Mugen **** on almost every Honda I've owned since I bought it in '02, all Honda MT have the same thread.

actually the OEM NA1 (jdm nsx-r & nsx-s & zanardi) require a different shifter with much more thread... the shifter itself is shorter as well

I just picked up a Gruppe M shiftknob - same design as oem but without bottom lip & the requirement of a longer threaded shaft
