Default Loss of power...a little different than most people's bogging problems...bogs only under load and in

Ok, I'm gonna try to make this short so that I don't confuse people. Here's a list of things that the car does...this just started last night when I drove the car around the block while cold (It was like 1000ft drive 'cuz I had my car parked around the corner...playing a prank on a friend)...anyways, here it goes...

1) Car bogs/loses power in 1st and 2nd gear only and ONLY UNDER LOAD (accelerating)
2) Car bogs/loses power throughout the ENTIRE power band, all the way up to the factory redline in 1st and 2nd gear only
2B) I can rev the car all the way through the ENTIRE power band normally when not driving (IE in neutral, AND even when in gear but with the clutch in). Like I said ONLY UNDER LOAD!!
3) I have a subwoofer, and when it bogs out or loses power in 1st and 2nd gear only, my sub sounds like it's getting unwanted power, as the sub will move in and out as if a song was on regardless of the volume, but doesn't do it when the amp is off.
4) Disconnected the amp's power wire and car still bogs/loses power, just without the sub hitting now...
5) Car does not bog/lose power when shifting from 3rd to 2nd and then accelerating, only when shifting from a stop.
6) No smoke, CEL, or ECU error codes. Completely stock PR4 ECU
7) Once in 3rd, 4th, and 5th it seems as though I have normal power
8) I have new spark plugs that were installed about 1-2 weeks ago
9) MSD Spark plug wires installed when spark plugs were installed
10) Car starts fine now...

I have been having a problem lately with starting the car though...After the car is driven for a certain amount of time (usually longer), the car will not start. Fuel and everything is fine, but the car won't crank. I believe it is the main relay.

Anywho, here are the things that I think are causing my problem...

1) Main Fuel Relay
2) Possibly coil in distributor
3) Possibly alternator, although it was replaced about 6-7 months ago with new rebuilt one.

Any other things it could be?

I am heading outside right now to pull out my main relay and I will be repairing any cracks in the solder I see on the board.

Aditionally, later today when it cools off, I will be heading up to autozone to have both my alternator and battery checked for charging power, and holding a charge...

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Oh, also, I have normal power with my interior, head, and fog lights...

And when the car starts, it starts and idles fine...no long cranking or anything like that.

it could possibly be your distributor, low resistance spark plug wires can dammage the coil.

i wouldnt rule out fuel yet. if you dont know when your fuel filter was last done i would do it anyway.

I love you...

Anyways, fixed it. It was indeed one of the spark plug wires. The part that connects to the distributor was broken off and when I disconnected that spark plug wire, it fell out. It was spark plug number 4. Thanks for the input everyone! Check out the pics...
