Default Some Evo/DSM exhaust manifolds

Here's some of the latest things I've been doing at work. First is a manifold for a co-worker's Evo 9. He'll be throwing on a GT35r turbo and 44mm Tial wastegate.

Next is the manifold I'll be using on my car this year. I swapped over from a previous topmount-front facing divided t4 inlet manifold to the Tial v-band inlet turbine housing left-right manifold. No pics as of yet with it finished and the turbo mounted as my current turbine housing has a wastegate flange welded on the back of it that hits the #3 runner. I'm trying to sell that so I can get a virgin housing to use.

This is maybe the 6th manifold I've welded in a span of 3 years. I mostly weld aluminum at work with very little time to fine tune my steel welding. So far I'm pretty happy with how I'm progressing.

Starting at the Evo 4 (I think) onwards, the flanges are the same as the DSM/GVR4 except flipped, left to right. The bolt hole spacing is just slightly shifted.

not trying to pick at it, but you are going to fix the entry to the wastegate?

welding is looking top notch. pretty good for not welding stainless very often.

Oh yeah, I definitely will. Those pics were of it right after I got it fully welded, but I want to do some porting and cleaning up still. Must have forgotten to post that detail, but good eye.
