Question Thats Confusing Me

Can you put a z6/y8 head on the d17 block
its 4 am and im tired so this questions bothering me right now

I have no idea, but from looking at D17s, I don't think so.

ive always been told that the d17 spins the opposite direction of the rest of the d series motors

Its a totally different motor then the D16. Im going to go with a no.
