was looking at Ebay and wanted to know if it's a good idea to buy a quick release adaptor with steering wheel for around 50 bucks just go ahead and buy the expensive thing. any differences or quality. no brand name just Generic Brand ???? what you guys think????

but i purchased a nrg quick release as well as a nrg short hub and a nrg lock

i spent 220 shipped. brand new here on hondatech...........i forgot how i found it but i'm sure if u press search and look for it u can find it.

personally i like ebay and you can find alot of good stuff on there, but trusting my life on $50 parts. nahhhh. worse, no airbag. i say save up and get yourself a nice nrg/personal package. you can find some good packages on weaksauce.org

Ehh i live without an air bag. but DO NOT buy those cheap *** ebay quick releases. Some guy tried to trade my brother cars and he had one with a "Bride" steering wheel and it literally came off during the test drive. We almost died in his car. Heck i have an energy quick release and even then im still pretty scared about it falling off.

 

theres a thread on this. i personally have one, and its been holding up great for about 3 months already.

 

an ebay quick release or nrg? Buying ebay quick releases are like buying wheels made out of toothpicks. Sooner or later they're bound to fail on you.

Either way,you wont have an airbag.I forgot what kind I have right now,but im going with nrg for my daily. Affordable and looks good.$50 bucks is good for the pockets,but might not be good for your life.

 

Go with NRG.
