Default I need a civic experts help

Ok so I have a 2000 Honda Civic ex 2 door manual (nice right) i have the fancy system for it and i am more looking into making it go faster. But here is the problem I am new to all this and i dont know what i should do to make it go faster. I heard a AEM cold air intake throws 15 more horsepower into it but i dont want to buy it and not know how to install it. Please help me and tell me what i

Im sorry to put it this way and im not tring to sound like a *** but you sound as though your way over your head to start trying to add power . Spend a month just reading and searching throught threads before you try to start working on your first car. Take it slow Good luck

Yea dont worry you dont sound like an *** its cool. I just need to find some good websites were they will have lots of info about civic engines just not sure which sites are reliable

just work with it nd c how to work on it nd learn what to do before you do any preformance.

There is alot of info on this site. idk if u can get 15hp from just an intake but not sure about that. Just make sure when u start working on ur car, have someone there to help u out that nos what they are doing so they can help u out.

Don't waste your money for bolt-ons with a d-series; they'll hardly make a difference. If anything, you could get an exhaust for some power and sound. But if you're looking for power, I suggest you either boost your dseries or save up for a swap.
