How would I fix/repair this?

Depending what tools you have avalable to you, easy way to fix thats requires no real special tools could be to braze it if you dont care how the final product looks

Drill/tap/plug.....or drill/tap/install egt probe depending on location....

lol, nickel rod, strike the arc and just quickly run over the hole

it's diffcult but then again SMAW is not very hard and you probably know how to weld since you're in here!

All I got is a mig welder.

I would slightly countersink the hole then have someone tig it quickly
