Gsr Skunk2 Intake Manifold installation problem!!! help plz.
just installed a GSR skunk2 Intake Manfoild on my gsr.
bolted everything back on and the tubes.
used a brand new GSR intake manifold gasket.
Its leaking coolant!!!
not from the tubes... where the Fat coolent tube on the intake manifold. but between the Intake Manifold and the Head (where the gasket is).
i tighten the bolts hella tight again but still has a leak.
any suggestions on fixing it guys????
need info ASAP.
car cant run with out coolent.
I was thinking of taking it off again and using some liquid gasket along with the my new gasket thats already on it but making it leak!
plus any good tips on removing the old gasket from the head? tried Carb Cleaner still a little left on it!

i used a gasket scraper and some penetrating lubricant, letting it soak for a few minutes. torque sequence is also important. hth
really torque sequence is important also huh
whats the pattern to bolt it back on?
i just bolted it in and just slaped it on. cause u kno those bottom 4 nuts are a pain to put on cause its so hard to get too!!!!
u think its the bits of the old gasket thats creating a gap and causing the leak?
will Carb Cleaner get that old gasket off and scrape it with a knife or something?
