Stock pulley on the supercharger, but a custom alternator pulley and belt from AEM

Default Pics & a Video

Here,s some pics:
These were taken before the MSD setup was installed.
yeah, it's a little dirty I know. If anyone is interested it's for sale. The RH's are real not replicas.

Keep in mind it is still being broken in the rpm's haven't gone above 7,000. But it gets it at any range. just needs to be broken in and tuned.

i seriously doubt your SC is pushing 18psi.....it would have blown to pieces by now......not to mention the engine would have been melted down cuz you are running the FMU.

with the upgraded stepper pulley you "might" be running 8-9psi MAX. either way you should have it converter to OBD1 and have it properly tuned with the many available tuning options there is. hondata, ectune, neptune, crome.....ect....

Free revving at 0MPH will not allow the VTEC to engage. With WOT, the supercharger is getting a full feed, but the cams are still on the low profile. Perhaps the low profile lobes are serving as a bottle neck and causing your surge. Are you running a boost gauge so that you can monitor the boost while driving?

I dont know any tuners in ur area but I do recommend ditching the 310's and getting something bigger. Any of fore mentioned management systems are infinitely better than what you have now. Hope you clean up that engine bay before you try selling it. GL
