best suspension??
Hi, my names Zack and Im new to honda-tech. I have a '94 Integra GS-R thats I bought a year ago bone stock, besides the greddy cat-back, it has roughly 185k miles on it and drives like a dream. It was from tennessee and looks as good as it drives. Im a big motor head and i currently go to school for automechanics. I was wondering what the "best" aftermarket suspension components they make for my car... for a good price. For starters springs and coils. Thank you very much im lookin forward to learnin alot here

well even though im not sure about his prices up there, i know alot of people on here will tell you that ground controls matched with koni yellows is a great ride. You can get GC top hats as well so you'll have a little more shock travel, it will ride really nice
Wow!!! buddy clubs are that expensive?!?! I have heard a lot about tein and skunk 2 shock and spring setups, but i havent heard a lot about buddy club. I figured that they would make suspension components, but never new they were that expensive. Do you feel that the buddy club are worth the money. Personally i cant see them being worth it, but im still learning. Thank you for your feed back.
Hey thanks for your comment!!! So ground control shocks or springs? Koni shocks or springs? lol I didnt quiet get what kinda setup you were trying to tell me, sry. What are ground control top hats? and wouldnt I want less suspension travel for better handling around corners? I appreciate all the info you can give me
