whats this white thing called underneath my short ram intake? and do i need it?also what does it do

but it looks like the lower tube part of the oem intake

dude its so funny you brought that up...the other day i found that exact thing all chewed up and ripped in peices under my hood, there was chunks of it layin between the folds of my sri air filter...and i was wonderin what the hell it was...

i know man my thing got messed up under after hitting a curb and there was holes under so i want to know what it is so i can replace it...anyone???

What kind of civic is that? I have a SRI but there wasn't nothing that looked like that in my car and it was all stock when I started.

take a picture of it further back so we can get a back image to look at it. it doesn't look like it's part of the stock intake.

Most of the stock intakes are black, even on the older hondas. Not saying its not possible but most times white jugs contain a fluid but seeing to it that it doesnt' have any kind of top on that open end then it can't be too important.

Are you serious son??? Google that bitch!! Thats what blows air into yo intake it goes into the bottom wich collects air and travels to yo intake, didnt mean to make fun, sorry your a cool dude and your cars a hotie! HOLLA

my 95 civic sedan had a white plastic piece to the intake where it went into the fender.

im with oddmutt. need a picture from further back and specs on the car.

i agreee. im thinking its the drivers side of a mid 90s civic.

EDIT: actually looking at his profile it looks like he mostly hangs out in the integra forum so thats prolly what it is
