besides timing belt and other belts. what else should i be concerned about?

 

Get a honda service manual or you can get the ones from autozone.

Prolly should do these:

Oil Change of course
Auto/Manual Fluid Flush
Brake Flush
Clutch flush if you have manny
Raidaitor flush, and maybe new hoses.
Check Oil Pump
Maybe rebuild alternator
Check batt cables
air filter
cabin air filter (under glove department)
check brakes and lines
rotate or replace tires

the list goes on forever lol

 

Do what dre2day said plus a manual tensioner conversion and a fuel filter swap.
