Hey everyone, well since spring is on its way. My car has alot of FINE scratches and gas stains and the paint needs a good buffing. What are good compounds or brands that i can buy to make my 14 year old paint shine agian? And what compound is good for buffing a CF hood? Because i used wax on my CF hood and the white powder wax dried into my CF hood. How can i remove that or whats safe to use to buff my whole car up? Alright thanks!

a clay bar is another product by maguires, it will remove any suck on surface residue. The scratch x will remove your swirl mark and some of your surface scratches. Then the way will seal and protect your surface after all your work. you have a pm.

 

is that scratch x safe on my CF hood? And i have some deep scratchs on my car that you can see white scratchs and my cars color is black.

 

A good rotary buffer, pads, orbital DA polisher if possible with the below 3M or Menzerna products.

LOL, scratch X is useless.

 

Is there any good places online to get those above products?

 

The 3M final polish is a pain to find, RS Hughs has it. Autogeek and properautocare are both good online stores.

 

i found the 3M final polish at my local auto zone stores.. And let me tell you, it truly brought my 14 year old paint job back to life..
