Sooo.. some people are wanting to convert to rhd.

How involved would it be to convert a jdm lhd crx to rhd

Then you could have a b16 crx with factory mounts and none of the traditional ef swap headaches of untolerable squeaking and rattling. That was the only problem with my b20 crx...practically unbearable and embarassing when you have passengers...felt like a WW2 airplane.

Possible or not, feasible or not any ideas on cost

um you arent making much sense to me. if you realy want to have a rex that has stock mounts for a b swap, then just get the stock jdm mounts, and bolt them in. some of the usdm crxs actualy have the mounting points on the rear subframe to bolt the jdm rear mount to. both of mine do, but i used swap mounts because i like the added engine stability they provide. you know, less axle hop, and eaisier shifting.

 

Are you sure about this, I thought there was some sort of issue with using the jdm b16 mounts.

JDM mounts won't work on a ed chassis
If you want stock b16 mounts you would need to get EDM mounts, They are LHD but goodluck finding them. Shipping is a killer to the US


And you are the only one i know that would convert a JDM rex to LHD,lol

Do u want to convert a LHD to RHD or vise-versa.

First off...JDM CRX are RHD..not LHD

Second..JDM b-series mounts will work. It just won't clear the hood if u have the USDM crx

 

are you day dreaming ? Usually people that ask these questions dont do anything at all..
