Default Clutch vibration at high rpm's

I have a 4 cyl 2000 Accord Coupe with a manual transmission and about 110,000 miles on it. The clutch has never been replaced. I bought the car used about 6 months ago and according to the service record and original owner the clutch has never been replaced.

When I push in the clutch at higher rpm's I feel a lot of vibration in the pedal. It's pretty light at 4,000, but heavy over 5,000.

I'm planning on having the clutch replaced in the next 5-7k miles. Any idea what is causing the vibration? Will the new clutch take care of it?

Thanks!

I'm not a professional, but maybe it could be the throwout bearing going bad.
