2000 Honda Civic EM1: Automatic conversion!

This is a EBP EM1, check the vin, has AUTO tranny, steelies+hubcaps, EX grill, ex seats+interiors....
someone please explain....a sleeper SI? :hsrun::hsrun::hsrun:

I dont think the canadian si has the chasis code em1, but I'm not sure. I'm gonna go with theft recovery too.
