Default exhaust question

Get the exhaust shop near you to cut and re-weld. Cheap!

I would say just get whatever civic exhaust you want and any shop will be able to shorten the B pipe if necessary. It's only a matter of cutting off some pipe and welding a flange back on.

You may want to get an exhaust for an EX though... I can't say for sure on all aftermarket exhausts, but I'd be inclined to think that the inner diameter of the piping specifically for a DX would be smaller.
