yes it will as long as you do not have a motor swap and a aftermarket header.
Otherwise like most of us with a swap, yoll need to roate the flange a few degrees and extend or shorten it 2" i forget which it is, but basically yeah you'll need to have an exhaust welder put it on for you, as long as you get the right one for your model year the most important partis the rear canister fitting.
I was ordered the wrong one and just decided to keep it and have the shop put it on but it vibrates against somethign down there because it was for a coupe not a hatch, so the canister i think is longer or something. The only other thing is that in the apexi kits, the mid long pipe are all the same from 92+

If your cat is on the header you just need to get a test pipe made. We've had to do that a few times when we installed that exhaust at the shop I work at. Any muffler shop should be able to do it. If you ever swap a motor, just remove the test pipe.

no it wont.
you will definitely need exhaust welding if u have the same setup liek me.
even if you have any header with a B motor our cars were not made for that, remember out exhaust systems are based off of smaller motors with cats up near the engine.
