hi guys ,
i recently got a used 96 acura integra. I have this problem of the car squeaking whenever it goes over some rough patches on the road. I got a complete vehicle inspection done at firestone they suggested that the axles be changed because they got bent or something.i got it changed and after shelling out 500 bucks i still get the same noise..
I have another problem the floor mat below the passenger seat gets soaking wet i am not sure what may be leaking.

please help me out. If any one of you are from houston suggest me a good mechanic where i can get this done.

as for my car, the squeaking is from the suspension, when im riding over bumps and stuff like that. is your car in lowering springs or coil-overs

 

i cannot make out what u r trying to say ....(lowering springs and coil-overs)

 

I am riding on the S2 Pro-S and have the same issue...
My car squeaks too whenever I roll over the pot holes, road bump..
But I think it's normal because my coilover is too stiff comparing to the stock springs/shock...

syd2k5: do you know that if you have any aftermarket suspension??

 

no idea man thats y i posted it here...so wat do u suggest i do to get rid of the problem..

 

I had the squeaks...when I changed out my skunk2 pro-s coilovers (uncomfortable) with my new GC/Koni setup (comfy!) I swapped out the old dried up bushings that sit over the springs with the new rubbery GC ones. No more squeaks, and I haven't touched any other part of my suspension (bushings).

 

I as well have the squeaks, kinda annoying, but that leak, i also had in my 92 teg, there's a plastic piece at the bottom of your windshield where the wipers would hit, and if that's missing, water will leak in through there and come out your vents onto the floor.
