a few months ago my z6 started to idle surge so i replaced my pcv valve and it fixed it but now when i floor it to redline, my oil pressure goes to 80psi then when i let off and drive it normal at around 40mph, it drops back down to 35-40psi and i opened my hood earlier and there was some oil seeping from the oil cap.

am i getting too much oil pressure or what? because before i replaced my pcv valve, my oil pressure was at 30psi when i was cruising along at 40mph. when i floored it to redline it would go to about 60psi, anybody know why i have a lot of oil pressure now?

my y7 has the same oil pressure. pretty high. which is a good thing. if turbo....
