Found source of water leak, but how to fix?
So my driver's side moonroof drain tube is definitely leaking. The tube is in the hole that leads outside of the car, but there's apparently another hole that acts as a breather hole or something, and if there's too much water coming down, the excess shoots out.
Here's a picture of it:

Not sure if this is supposed to plug into something else or whatever, but anyone know if its supposed to be like this?
It's only on the driver's side. The passenger side has one hole leading outside the car. It's a 94 GS-R if that makes any difference..Please help! My entire spare tire was completely soaked

Ok, well that second hole definitely isn't functioning the way it should; when I spray the car down with water, I see water going down the tube, but the "excess" water shoots straight out the second hole, leaving my entire trunk carpet wet.
spray some brake cleaner down there just to make sure its unclogged. (use the spray straw thing) could that other tube be for the antenna drain tube?

Awesome! That explains it!
I have an aftermarket antenna (Shark II), so I was looking for a hose that wasn't even on my car. Time to figure out what to plug into it so my trunk stops leaking. Thanks guys! (I had water leaking in my trunk for the past three years during rainy season, now at least I know what it is.)
