i cant see the pics. Are the spark plugs in the front? If not it isnt a z6 head. If so, is there a vtec solenoid ( looks like a cylinder) in the upper passenger side corner. If not, then its prob a 6 gen cx or dx

its a D16Z6 block mated with a non-VTEC D16a6 head.
Well i found ou my # 1 and 2 pistons were destroyed and the #1 valves were messed up also this sucks anyone got a D16A6 complete and running for sale?
If it is a d16z6 block with a non-vtec head it would be great for a turbo b/c the compression ratio is around 8.3/1.... But it will not be very good for NA.. around 110HP... If your lucky...
i saw the pics u send me
and yes its a Z6 block with a A6 head for some weird reason
dont ask me why.. maybe they fucked the Z6 head and put a A6 meanwhile. who knows.. but it can be a DX head also...... check the stampo on hte head to see if its says PM6 for the Si or PM9 for the STD....
