Hello, I am considering buying a 2001 S2000. Does anyone know how many inches it is from the ground to the bottom of the front bumper with the factory suspension? The reason I am asking is because my driveway is very steep. I can back out of my driveway without scraping in my lowered STI. I have to do it on a angle and it is close. It is about 5 inches from the ground to the bottom of my front bumper. Also any trouble with the rear scraping?

never had a problem with the rear....

 

My 01 stock was 6 inches, which is pretty high. Even with an OEM lip, it made it only 0.5 inches lower. You will be fine if you can get your lowered STI in/out.

Even the AP2s are pretty high at OEM height and without a lip. I'd venture to say ~6 inches at least, but I never had a chance to measure mine.
