Default Need some fuel, and idle help...

So, I have a 91 Civic, D15B7 block, D16Y8 head, P28 ecu, OBD1 swapped everything. Earlier in the week, I was driving to get some pizza, and it started sputtering on me REAL bad...It would idle, but whenever i gave it gas, it would not take, sputter bad, and id have to pump it for a few minutes to get it up to about 3 grand to take off...if i didnt get up that high, it would stall. It felt like a fuel problem to me, so i decided to start at the cheapest item, which was a fuel filter..Changed that today, took it for a drive, its running without sputtering now, but its throwing code 43, which is the malfunctioning fuel supply system code. And, its idles real bad, revs to about 2 grand, down to about 800, back up to 2 grand, down to 800...Which im sure is prolly the IAC...im gonna flush the coolant here in a few after it cools down. But, back to fuel problem, i just read on here that code 43 could be an O2 censor, but its not throwing an 02 code. Is that possible? Please help. If ya need more info, just ask.

mine used to idle when it was warmed up and what i did i closed the screw on the throttle body and the idle went away. So try that out and see if the idle goes away.

could the IAC being screwed up throw the fuel system out of wack? hence the fuel code?
