I found this while searching and wanted to know if this was "TRUE". That this is all i would need in order to put a OBD 0 B16 in my 1998 Civic Ex which is OBD 2A. If its not true can someone please tell me what i will need.
This is what your going to need
1. Any honda OBDII alternator
2. Any dohc vtec injectors
3. Any dohc vtec distributor
4. Any Honda OBDII throtle Body (map is different)
I know someone is gonna ask why am i thinking about this swap. Its because its cheap and i don't have emissions in my state. And if getting an alternator, and injectors, distributor and throttle body is all i need im gonna go for it.

you will need obd2 injectors and distributor if you want them to plug into your harness. And you will need an obd2 B series alternator. You don't need another throttle body if you still have the firewall mounted map you can just plug it in and run the vacuum line to it and let it hang.

I know the distributor has to be from a B series Vtec motor but do the injectors have to be from a b series Vtec motor also??
And what about the other sensors knock, tps, ect will all those be able to plug and play
