civic shocks? which one?

Default civic shocks? which one?

okay i'm about to buy a new set of shocks for my 94 honda civic si. these are the shocks i have in mind.

1) tokico hp(blues)-$239

2)tokico illuminas(whites)-$375

3)kyb agx-$325

4)skunk2 sport shocks-$246

5)drop zone-$180

also please provide which shocks u guys have used and how good they feel. thanks.

i have skunk2 on my coupe with skunk2 coilovers and its handles like a go cart and it has i nice ride

i have kyb agx's on my ek, they blew in a year. im going to replace them with koni yellows.

You're most likely too low or running an aggressive spring rate. I rocked the AGXs with a 2" drop on Skunk2 coils (8f/6r) for 3+ years with no problems. Mine only blew after I swapped in stiffer springs in the rear.

I would say that if you're running an aggressive spring, don't get any of the ones listed. Properly valved Koni yellows will be worth the money if you want stiff.

i'm gonna run some ground control, so would tokico illuminas or kyb agx be good enough.

I got new bilstein front shocks and complete Zeal function coilover kit.
