UPDATED

find a shop u know and a car rental place u know.. then say u need a rental car for while your car's in the shop.. have them pay the car rental place and you get paid once.. have the shop charge the regular OEM price.. then u get paid twice! or u can just take a pimpass rental out

Thats even better if they are a private contractor. They should have no problem paying for the fix

And since it's a contractor, you could sue for emotional damage.

this is why you have comprehensive insurance.
just pay the 250 bucks or whatever it is and if you have good insurance, they will take care of you.

No, it wont raise your premium - it wasnt his fault. You cant be blamed for things which are out of your control.

Thats alot of damage, gonna be a few g's to get everything fixed and back to normal. Probably gonna have to repaint the whole side of the car. really shitty sorry man

nooooo you dont make ur insurance pay for it... the fence obviously wasnt held up properly and was unstable... so what happens if a child was walking down the sidewalk and it fell on him killing him... expletive that, that company would be sued soooo expletivein fast... i would first find out what company it is, get a few quotes and try to settle this out of court... they have plenty of insurance... trust me... if he doesnt cooperate, sue his *** to the fullest... your going to have to get half of your car painted so if u want to change it, this would be the time... good luck and post results...

Yes you can sue the contractors. How do I know? I'm a contractor.
