Default CRX B16 Idles High

Hey guys I did a search and this was the closest thing I could find pertaining to my question. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1804778

See I have a CRX with a B16 i am going to buy tomorrow and it idles perfect when you start it but when it get warm it idles high and then low for a good amount of time. The guy said he checked everything that had to do with vacuum. But it continues to do it. do you think it could be TPS?

Ok its not the FITV cuz I went and tightened that down tonight. I took my intake off and put my finger over the FITV hole and when it idled down thats when it sucked it didnt suck idling up. I tampered with the Idle screw also. I dont know what else could be the cause. It warms up and then idles high and low until you cut the car off. I need advice badd. And the guy I bought it from said he checked everything vacuum wise

Ok I checked and cleaned my IACV valve. I sprayed around all my hoses and gaskets to check for an vacuum leak. I tightned down the FITV valve and this [freak]in car still idles high. INEED HELP ASAP. and now a new problemwith the car happened. The first time I cranked it it started but it also acted like it didnt wanna crank. I shut it off and went back to crank it and it wanted to turn over but didnt. Sometimes it wanted to turn over and the rest it didnt the starter just clicked. Now what is wrong wit it now. My dad says the battery isnt getting a charge. The Battery is relocated also.

As for the no start. Just charge your battery. If you're not driving the car but keep starting it to find the idle problem then the batttery is going to get discharged pretty quick.
