Default High milage, what to look for?

I've been shopping for a cheap EK hatch, I plan on swaping a JDM ITR b18c in it. But most cheap EKs here have a lot of miles on them ( 200+km, 130+ miles). How well do these cars old up ( body wise)? Engine and tranny isn't a problem because it will be swapped out, and eventually the suspension too. Is there anything els I need to look for?
Edit: It will be daily driven ( my only car). Planning on keeping it for at lease 5 years

They will be fine as long as they're not rust-infested! I'd go with an EG hatch -- much cheaper although the ek hatches look nicer.

It all depends how it was driven and taken care of. It's a HONDA.

rust, wheel bearings, ball joints, brakes, check the radiator for leaks

the only thing you have to worry about is rust really.

all other parts will eventually be replaced, if you're doing things right anyway.
