shorten 92 prelude throttle cable?

shorten 92 prelude throttle cable?

does anybody know how to do this, or where there's a write up or something. it looks like **** sitting in the valve cover, i wana run it behind the intake manifold.

how do you plan on making the throttle work if it comes from behind?

yeah, id be willing to do it, though even if its possible just to shorten it in the position it is so it doesnt run across the valve cover thatd be good enough.

any suggestions?

Tie a loop in it and it will be shorter. Or run it down the firewall and back up to take out the slack and you won't see it.
