Coilovers too low...
Ok so I just had my buddy club n+ installed and the front ones are set all the way high and it is slammed and tucking tire.
I lowered it about 10 threads in back (about 2 inches) and the front barely raised up. I still have like 4 inches of thread on the coilover in front and about 3 inches left in back...I don't think they were installed wrong. Are there 2 mounting perches or something (a high and low one)?
No pics yet. I was going to slam it anyways, but not this low.

Does that mean adjust it in the air? They were all adjusted on a lift.

Are you sure you arent thinking things backwards? This sound stupid, but are the perches closer to the ground or towards the top hats? Again that sounds really dumb, but this whole thing doesn't make any sense.
Let me go find a picture of you particular setup. But if the perches are closer to the ground, then you are just slammed. You needa raise them. hold up.

Well if you lowered the back you obviously know what a perch is and what lowering with coilovers entails...so im assuming there might really be somethin wrong. Snap some pics for us.
This is why I install and do all the work to my car myself. Friends are great helpe if they know their **** just like you. I dont know I cant seem to trust total strangers with my car. The only way I would take my car to shop would be if one of my good friends worked there.
my friend does work there and I'm cool with the owner/mechanic too. He has worked on all of my cars. I just thought there might be some odd step in the suspension install for s2k's?
I'm working full time and going to school full time so I can't install them myself.

Damn man, you are plowing pebbles at that height. I would definately snap a picture of your front setup. Something has got to be wrong. It sounds to me like the spring is preloaded.

If the spring was preloaded, it would be higher up. You probably have the bottom adjustment way too far down.
You're not supposed to touch the spring height. Adjust with the base of the coilover. You're essentially bringing the suspension upwards or pushing it downwards instead of reducing shock travel.
Do this: Adjust both ends so that the spring is at the normal height. NOT preloaded/crushed, not not hanging down. The spring perches need to be set at full shock travel.
Jam those perches together so they wont move.
Loosen the BOTTOM perch. Grab the entire shock body or the spring. Turn the entire shock body counterclockwise to raise it up. Clockwise to bring it down.
The springs will settle with time....the car could get like .25'' lower.
Take it to another place if you dont know what I'm talking about. I hope he clocked your bushings after putting it that freaking low.

Ah, I see what you are saying. They lowered it by "crushing" the spring so I guess we'll take a look at it again tomorrow.

No. If they crushed the spring, it would be higher up. They lowered it by adjusting the spring perch and letting it droop.
You need to have the spring at "stock" height. Know what I mean? Have the top of the spring touching the top mount, and have the spring perches JUST slightly having tension on the spring. JUST SLIGHTLY.
Then adjust the base of the coilover to raise or lower it.
Clock the bushings. Get an alignment.
